For physical therapy, New York State's direct access law lets a licensed physical therapist treat you without a referral for 30 days or 10 visits, whichever comes first. Before your first visit we perform an insurance verification and confirm that you are covered under direct access; if your plan requires a referral, that is communicated to you before your initial visit. Patients with Medicare coverage do require a referral for physical therapy.

We accept most major insurance carriers, both in- and out-of-network, and offer complimentary insurance verifications before you schedule your appointment. Our team will contact your insurance provider on your behalf to confirm your benefits, coverage details, and any potential out-of-pocket costs. We also accept CareCredit, which lets you manage medical expenses through monthly payment plans.

Bring all the medications you are currently taking in their original bottles, or an accurate, updated list. Bring all your medical records with you, along with the films or CDs of any X-rays, MRIs or CT scans you have had recently.
